Requests to Graduate are due January 31st 2014!


If it is your intention to graduate at the Spring 2014 Convocation and you have not already submitted an application, please complete the on-line application no later than January 31st, 2014. To access the application, make sure you are logged into Lunet and then click on the following link

Alternatively, log into Lunet, select Academic Services, then Convocation and finally click on the link at the bottom to start filling in the form. You will get an email confirmation when you submit the form.

If you are having issues accessing your Lunet account (same login information as your Laurentian e-mail account), please go to or contact the IT department at 1-800-461-4030, ext. 2200 or
Please note that even if you are not attending the ceremony, you must still submit an application in order to receive your diploma by mail.

As the graduation date approaches, you will be contacted by your Laurentian email with details regarding the ceremonies and any further information.

The Laurentian Barrie English Department invite you to attend a special reading and talk with writers Margaret Christakos and Matthew Heiti on Wednesday 5th February 2014 at 7pm.



If you are unable to attend a Annual or General Memebership Meeting when they are held you still have a chance to have you voice heard! Complete the attached form and have a friend who is planning on attending bring it to the meeting for you or drop it off at the LSU Office, E 112A.

Also, if you plan on attending these meetings, you can collect proxy votes from fellow Laurentian students who are not. Only two (2) proxy votes per student.
